We’re hiring a highly dependable and discreet Executive Assistant to provide both personal and professional support. From managing household logistics to scheduling meetings and international travel, this is a high-trust role that requires excellent judgment, proactive communication, and absolute confidentiality.

What You’ll Do

Calendar, Travel & Admin

  • Manage the founder’s calendar across business and personal priorities

  • Book and coordinate travel (domestic and international), including lodging, transportation, and itineraries

  • Handle reservations, appointments, and day-to-day schedule management

  • Act as a gatekeeper and accountability partner to keep priorities on track

Home & Lifestyle Management

  • Coordinate personal appointments (medical, wellness, beauty, etc.)

  • Oversee household organization, to-dos, and project checklists

  • Pay utilities and personal bills, track expenses, and manage recurring tasks

  • Run errands, pick up dry cleaning, shop for personal or household needs

  • Manage household maintenance, service vendors, cleaners, and home staff

  • Serve as a point of contact for deliveries, repairs, and ongoing household logistics

Special Projects & Ad Hoc Support

  • Support digital organization (email, file systems, Dropbox, etc.)

  • Liaise with vendors or partners on personal or business initiatives

  • Take initiative to anticipate needs and remove friction wherever possible

Who You Are

  • Highly organized and resourceful—you’re the person people trust to get it done

  • Operate with complete discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism

  • Comfortable managing sensitive information with integrity and sound judgment

  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing needs or last-minute requests

  • Tech-savvy and confident using productivity tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Slack, Trello, Notion, etc.)

  • Based in Mexico City (preferred) or able to operate within the time zone and manage local needs

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Must-Haves

  • 2–5 years of experience in a high-touch executive or personal assistant role

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset

  • Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality

  • Flexibility for occasional off-hours or weekend needs

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience managing home staff or vendors

  • Familiarity with global travel planning

  • Background in supporting entrepreneurs, creatives, or startup leaders

  • Ability to travel globally up to 10% of the time, as needed
