My career has focused on helping companies navigate their most pivotal growth stages. I’ve supported organizations across Technology (AR/VR, SaaS, AI/ML, Fintech), E-Commerce, CPG, and Wellness—guiding teams through milestones that have included IPOs and acquisitions.

With a foundation in Psychology (San Francisco State University), Human Resources Management (Cornell University), and a SHRM-SCP certification, I approach HR as both a science and a strategy. I see it as more than policy—it’s about shaping cultures where people feel connected to the broader vision, while keeping organizations grounded and effective. My goal is to make HR a tool that empowers growth, balance, and shared success.
