My career has been dedicated to helping companies navigate their most pivotal growth stages by building the HR infrastructure that supports scale. I’ve supported organizations across Technology (AR/VR, SaaS, AI/ML, Fintech), E-Commerce, CPG, Wellness, and Services—guiding teams through rapid hiring, multi-state expansion, operational restructuring, acquisitions, and successful exits.

With a foundation in Psychology (San Francisco State University), Human Resources Management (Cornell University), and a SHRM-SCP certification, I approach HR as both a system and a strategy. My work focuses on creating clarity, structure, and operational consistency—across onboarding, workflows, compliance, payroll, and employee experience—so teams can perform at their best.

I’ve implemented 60+ HR systems and workflows, supported teams across 17+ U.S. states and global regions (LATAM, APAC, Canada), and partnered with startups through scale, funding rounds, and major organizational shifts. My goal is to make HR an engine for growth: calm, compliant, and built to last.
